The Foundation is the principal fundraising body for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and is dedicated to working with the community to improve the quality of life for this and future generations of seriously ill children.
The Foundation helps the Hospital to purchase state of the art medical equipment and financially support life saving services, as well as undertake medical and child health research.
The Foundation has a vital and continuing role in preserving and enhancing the services and standard of health care provided by the Sydney Children’s Hospital for our sick children.
The Foundation is committed to the pursuit of world-class standards in the quality of our services, the efficiency of our fundraising, our transparency, integrity, cost-effectiveness, accessibility and the correctness and effectiveness of good governance and administration.
In an era of rising health care cost, the challenge for the Foundation is not only to maintain community support for the Hospital, but also to increase it.
